it was our first time in italy,we chose the apartments so we could do what we liked as and when,sorrento can be expensive but if you look around there are some reasonably priced restaurants .it was a excellent base for our holiday,travelling by train and bus saves money too,We were very pleased with the rota suites,Raffaella was very helpful on arrival and during our stay,we had the use of the grand hotel riviera,s pool and sun loungers which cost us nothing (we booked through thomsons).staff were helpful there too.the apartments are clean and tidy and modern.if you are thinking of booking rota suites we dont think you will be dissapointed.

Rota Suites was much more than what we had expected from a Hotel(apartment) we had booked site unseen.Everything about the place worked for us.We were a group of 7 that included 3 kids and the apartment catered to all our needs.The location was faultless(5 min walk from a fantastic view of the ocean and ten mins walk from the city centre)
The apartment itself was spacious ,The kitchen compact but very well stocked and glimpse of the ocean through lemon groves as soon as you stepped out on to the balcony was priceless. I would highly recommend this place to everyone planning a trip to the Amalfi Coast.

Super accommodation, clean and spacious with all facilities. Concierge service/staff were lovely- helpful and efficient. Use of swimming facilities at sister hotel was a extra plus and treat! Super base in central Sorrento to explore the area: histroic sites; Naples; Amalfi coast; Capri etc. Family of four- we had a great time with something appealing in the holiday to everybody.

Very helpful and generous 24hr Concierge. Lovely, modern and well-kept flat, cleaned mid-week too if required. Large comfy lounge and bedroom satellite and local TV. Bijou kitchen in a cupboard but perfectly adequate for breakfast and lunch with two hot-plates, microwave, fridge and sink Unsung view from Veranda over Bay to the top of Vesuvius. Very convenient for Piazza Tasso, railway station, buses and shops. Only 200m to a beautiful viewpoint down to the Marina Grande and the Bay. A little noisy at times from the road and the cafe next door but quiet at night

The Rota Suites Apartments were situated in in a very good location with just a short stroll to all amenities (shops, restaurants, bars, train station, ports etc). They had all necessary equipment required and more, the best thing was having air conditioning 24/7 even when out during the day. The apartment are cleaned once a week and staff let you know which day that will be so you are not inconvenienced. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We were able to use the swimming pool and bathing platform of the sister hotel just along the road which was fantastic and towels were provided.
